Refund policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you we have a returns process for store credit only. Please see below for more information.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original products.

RETURNS PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at admin@beakerzscience.com to let us know why you wish to return your purchase and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.

Please place proof of purchase inside the original packaging of your product, then mail it to the following address: Beakerz Science Attn: Returns 423 Bussen Underground Road Saint Louis, MO 63129 Please note, that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned: ANY USED ITEMS ANY DAMAGED ITEMS For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, please contact us with details to arrange a refund or exchange at admin@beakerzscience.com.

Please note, a 10% restocking fee will be applied for all returns.
